So last week was a little crazy...I varied off my plan a bit due to a very sore back. This week has already started crazy...Sunday we ordered pizza (which I'm not opposed to, but prefer not to do), and tonight I didn't have the extra time or energy to cook so my husband took over and made an Indian dinner. So here's to hoping that the rest of this week calms down, and I can get back to "normal."
Monday- Butter chicken w/ veggies & garlic naan
Tuesday- slow cooker chicken and dumpling & veggie
Wednesday- breakfast for dinner
Thursday- taco casserole
Friday- slow cooker ribs, veggie, & fry bread
Saturday- deconstructed broccoli & cheese stuffed chicken breast, veggie, & french bread
Sunday- homemade pepperoni pizza
