Menu Plan Monday 11/28

So our past few weeks have been hectic. We have eaten out a few more times that I'm proud to admit! So I took a few meals that we didn't use and carried them over to this menu plan. I'm hopeful that in the next few weeks we can slow down long enough to prepare and eat a healthy dinner together!




Monday- crockpot chicken and dumplins, veggie

Tuesday- slow cooker beef stew, biscuits

Wednesday- chicken patties sandwiches, chicken parm, veggie

Thursday- white chicken enchiladas- found this on www.pinterest.com

Friday- Deep dish pizza casserole

Saturday- Italian dressing chicken & potatoes in the crock pot

Sunday- chili and sunshine muffins

Menu Plan Monday- 11/14/11





This week is going to be busy! Kamdyn has her first basketball game this week. She's very excited! The kids have parent/teacher conferences this week. We are all starting to gear up for Thanksgiving & then Christmas! I love this time of the year!!! I think next week I am going to start using recipes from pinterest...the recipes on there always look so yummy! Anyway...on to my menu plan:



Monday- meatball subs, (sub bread, pizza sauce, frozen meatballs, cheese), veggie

Tuesday- BLT, fresh cut french fries, veggie

Wednesday- beef tacos with variety of taco toppings

Thursday- Crock pot cream cheese chicken pasta, garlic bread, broccoli

Friday- Deep dish pizza casserole

Saturday- chili, sunshine muffins

Sunday- slow cooker beef stew, biscuits

Pumpkin crunch recipe

I came across this recipe about 8 years ago, and it is a HUGE hit in our family! I get requests to make it again and for the recipe each time I make it.

Pumpkin crunch

15 oz can pumpkin
1 lg can evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 eggs
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup chopped pecans
2 sticks butter- cut into thin pats

8 oz cool whip- thawed
8 oz cream cheese-softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Mix pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, cinnamon, and eggs together. Pour in 9X13 baking dish/pan. Evenly sprinkle cake mix over pumpkin mixture, and then evenly sprinkle pecans over cake mix. Top with butter.

Bake @ 350 for 1 hour. cool completely.

mix cool whip, cream cheese, powdered sugar together and spread over pumpkin bake as frosting.

YUM!!!

Monday 11/1- Taco casserole
Tuesday- frittata, toast
Wed.- Quick and Easy Ground Beef Casserole, frozen veggie, biscuits
Thursday- Crockpot Cordon Blue, frozen veggie, bread
Friday- Deep-Dish Pizza Casserole
Sat- meatloaf, mashed potatoes, veggie, bread
Sun- Laura's Unbelievable Chicken and Pasta, garlic bread, veggie

Menu Plan Monday

So last week was a little crazy...I varied off my plan a bit due to a very sore back. This week has already started crazy...Sunday we ordered pizza (which I'm not opposed to, but prefer not to do), and tonight I didn't have the extra time or energy to cook so my husband took over and made an Indian dinner. So here's to hoping that the rest of this week calms down, and I can get back to "normal."

Monday- Butter chicken w/ veggies & garlic naan
Tuesday- slow cooker chicken and dumpling & veggie
Wednesday- breakfast for dinner
Thursday- taco casserole
Friday- slow cooker ribs, veggie, & fry bread
Saturday- deconstructed broccoli & cheese stuffed chicken breast, veggie, & french bread
Sunday- homemade pepperoni pizza

I will work on recipes & links tomorrow.

Menu Plan Monday

Greetings! It has been a few weeks since I have posted my menu plan. We have had an interesting few weeks, and that is the excuse I will be sticking to. I did make a menu plan and we have stuck to it! I started doing a menu plan at the beginning of December. I LOVE it! Last month we only varied from the menu plan a small amount of times- 2 times we ordered pizza and once we had a super late lunch that just became our dinner. So we are doing well....now on to my menu plan for the week!

Monday- taco casserole

Tuesday- idiot chicken tacos

Wednesday- Chicken broccoli casserole, french bread

Thursday- Spaghetti pie, garlic bread

Friday- potato soup with sausage and biscuits

Saturday- taco salad

Sunday- Crockpot brown sugar chicken, broccoli, rolls
